What is your minimum order quantity, and can I start with samples before ordering?
The minimum order is 50 custom metal ornaments. You do not need to commit to a full run to see quality first. We can ship similar physical samples free within the United States, and a paid preproduction sample of your actual design can be produced before the full order begins.

How long does production take on average?
Standard production takes 10 to 15 business days once your artwork is approved. Rush options are available. Allow additional time for artwork review, shipping, and seasonal scheduling during the holiday rush.
Do you offer digital or physical mock-ups before production?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital artwork proof that you review and approve before production begins, so you know exactly what the final ornament will look like. That approval is your quality-control checkpoint on layout, spelling, finish direction, shape, and logo treatment.
If timing allows, a physical preproduction sample can also be produced for an additional fee.
What types of metals do you use for custom metal ornaments?
We use zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel, pewter, etched bronze, aluminum, nickel, and iron for custom metal ornaments. Many designs can also be plated in gold, silver, bronze, black nickel, or antique finishes.

What file types do you accept for artwork and logos?
You can send AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, or PSD artwork. Vector files give the cleanest ornament proof. If you send PNG or JPG, make sure the file is large and high resolution so your company logo stays crisp at ornament size.
How much do custom metal ornaments typically cost per piece?
