Loved every part of this experience! They were very helpful and had a sales rep walk through the whole process with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and expected. That's the difference in going with the smaller independent companies. They actually work with you as a customer/partner instead of just another buck to be made. The quality of the patch is great! The way my design came out is fantastic. Other companies also claim to be "American Made" but then the product arrives after being shipped from over seas... Not so with Monterey Company! They say made in Bend, and they mean it! Going to use them for all of my future product needs.
We have used Monterey (Eric Turney in particular) in the past and used them/him again just recently. We are a small nonprofit and placed a small order but were treated like our order was their top priority. Eric was responsive, our order was timely and looks great. Very pleased!!
