Delivery dates are estimates. Design complexity, color count, and our production schedule decide where your order lands inside its range, and your rep will tell you which end to expect.
Ordering Below the Minimum
Need 15 coins instead of 50? We can usually make them. A short run will typically cost the same as the minimum order, because the die, mold, or embroidery file costs the same to make for 15 pieces as for 50.
You pay that setup once. Reorder the same design with the same artwork and there's no setup charge.

What's the smallest order I can place?
Hats start at 24. Ornaments, metal emblems, belt buckles, bicycle head badges, and chenille patches start at 25. Cufflinks start at 25 pairs and apparel at 48. Most other products start at 50, and stickers start at 100.
Can I order fewer than the minimum?
Yes. You can usually order below the minimum, but the price is often close to or the same as the minimum order since setup costs do not change.
When does production time start?
When your proof is approved and your invoice is paid. Production begins.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, on most products. Cost and timing depend on quantity and speed, so send a quote request with your date.
Which carrier do you use?
We use FedEx Express for most shipments within the lower 48 states. Hats typically ship by FedEx Ground, with UPS or USPS used when needed.
Can one order ship to several addresses?
Yes, we split shipments across your own locations. We don't drop ship to your clients.
Do you ship outside the lower 48?
Yes. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders go by the carrier that fits the destination, often DHL overseas. Send your address with the quote for timing and cost.
Do reorders cost less?
Reorders using the same artwork have the setup fee waived when placed within 2.5 years of the previous order.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?
Delivery dates are estimates. Tell us your event date at the quote stage and we'll plan around it.
