What is the minimum order requirement?
The minimum order quantity is 24 hats. Mix and match colors and styles all day, just keep the decoration method consistent for the full set of 24.

How much do your custom hats cost?
Custom hat cost isn’t one flat number. It changes based on the hat you pick, how you decorate it, and how many you order. You might see pricing as low as $10 per hat, and our bulk discounts can beat what most places are willing to offer.

How long do your hats take to produce?
Most custom embroidered hats take about 2 to 3 weeks to produce, while patch hats usually land in the 4 to 5 week range. If time is tight, ask about rush order options, and we’ll work around your date.

Can I add screen printing to my hats?
We don’t offer screen printing on hats. If you want full-color artwork, gradients, or lots of tiny details, we usually point people to a dye-sublimated patch. We can also do DTF on certain hat styles, reach out to our sales team and we’ll tell you what works best.

Do you offer beanies?
