Shipping and handling charges will be specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

For electronic products, delivery is deemed to have occurred when the product is transmitted via email or made available for download.

The Monterey Company Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving it, Below is our detailed return policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for personalized or branded items unless there is a manufacturing defect. Once your logo, design, or imprint is applied, the product is considered final and non-returnable.

Pre-Production Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it goes into production. Once your custom order is approved via visual proof and enters production, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Restocking Fees for Non-Custom Items

Blank, non-customized items may be returned, but a restocking fee of 10% to 30% may apply, depending on our supplier’s policy. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before processing your return.

Return Authorization (RMA)

To process a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service team. Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.

Shipping and Handling for Returns

If your items arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund. For other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

All items being returned must be in their original, unused, and re-saleable condition.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, with credit card refunds applied to the same card used for purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing after the return is confirmed. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

International Orders

All transactions are processed in USD. Refunds will also be issued in USD, and we are not responsible for currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider.

Additional Notes

Please inspect your order for defects, color discrepancies, or quantity errors upon arrival. Any concerns must be raised within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a return or replacement. Delays caused by shipping carriers may impact refund timelines, and we appreciate your patience.

By uploading designs for custom orders, you affirm ownership and grant The Monterey Company a non-exclusive license to use the designs for production and marketing. You agree to indemnify The Monterey Company against any claims arising from the use of your designs. Custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Any submissions, comments, or suggestions you provide may be used by The Monterey Company without restriction. You agree not to submit unlawful or harmful material.

You are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, to violate laws, or to infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations.

This site contains content that is the property of The Monterey Company or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the site content except as permitted by these Terms. Any designs created using our design tools remain the property of The Monterey Company and may be used in other contexts or made available for use by others.
