What is the minimum order requirement for custom baseball caps?
Our minimum quantity for custom hats is 24. We allow different caps and color styles within your order of 24 custom caps.
Can I wash my baseball hats?
Yes, with a lint-free cloth, toothbrush, water, and a small amount of detergent. Gently brush the dirty areas with detergent and water, being careful not to oversaturate them. Cotton twill hats will shrink or warp with overexposure to moisture. Do not use a washing machine, even with water-resistant hats or sports team performance hats. Just like how screen printing custom T-shirts can fade when washed, hat designs can fade as well.
How long does it take to get my custom ball caps?
The approximate production time for hats with patches is four weeks. In comparison, custom caps with embroidery take two weeks. Rush services are available.
Can I order different hat styles and hat colors in my order?
Yes! If you would like to order different styles and colors within your order, make sure to reach out to our sales team. Get started by clicking here and collaborating with a real person!
Can I do multiple decoration styles on my baseball cap?
Yes! We offer multiple patch or embroidery designs or styles on your caps, including patches and embroidery, or any combination of patches and embroidery. We suggest connecting with our sales team for a custom quote.
Do you offer rush services for baseball hats?

Can I order a hat sample before my full hat order?
Yes! We offer pre-production samples for custom hats. The cost depends on the style and custom design/decoration. We also offer free shipping for patch samples if you are wondering what the best type of patch is for your design. For embroidery orders, we sew out your design onto pieces of fabric to approve before full-order production.
