There are ways to incorporate a logo onto a hat, such, as using a custom patch, embroidery, heat transfer, to garment printing and screen printing. Embroidery involves stitching the logo onto the hat while heat transfer entails printing the logo on paper and then applying it to the hat using heat. Direct to garment printing utilizes inkjet printers to print the logo onto the hat and screen printing involves creating a stencil of the logo and applying it to the hat using ink and a screen.

Hat Sizes and Shapes
Each hat supplier will usually have a variety of hat stles they manufacture. Shapes and sizes will vary on the manufacturer you choose. An important thing to consider is how your hat feels on your head and how it is adjusted to stay on your head. Choosing closures like a snapback or hook and loop backings are not the only choices. Stretch fits hats will not have a rear closure but offer a cofort and sizes to fit most heads.
Hat shapes include structured and unstructured shapes as well lower and tradional crown dhapes. We offer five, six and seven panel hats that also are part of the selection process and can feel very different depending on the stle you choose from.
