Yupoong History

Yupoong was established in 1974 in South Korea, initially focusing on textile exports. In 1977 they innovated the manufacturing process of the roll-up hat, marking their move into headwear. By 1982, they had entered the promotional headwear market, and in 1994 Yupoong patented FlexFit technology, introducing the world to the first comfortable stretch-fit hat. Throughout the late 90s, Yupoong rapidly expanded globally, partnering with brands including FUBU and Hurley.
