We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the best results because they scale without losing quality. If you only have a TIFF or raster image, our design team will convert it into a production-ready weave file at no charge.
Iron-on (heat press), sew-on, velcro (hook-and-loop), and adhesive (sticker) backing. Iron-on is the most popular choice for hats and apparel. Velcro is the standard for military, tactical, and uniform applications where patches need to be removable.
