What is the difference between hard enamel and soft enamel pins?
Hard enamel pins are polished flat, with the color sitting level with the metal lines. Soft enamel pins have recessed color and raised metal, so they feel more textured. Hard enamel has a more premium look, while soft enamel is faster, lower cost, and great for giveaways.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom enamel pins?
The low minimum for custom lapel pins is 50 pieces. Need to test the design first? You can start with 1 piece as a sample, and we offer bulk discounts on larger runs.
How long does production take?
Most pin orders ship in 2-3 weeks after you approve your digital proof. Rush production is available on request.
What file formats do you accept for pin artwork?
We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG files. If you only have a sketch, photo, or low-resolution image, send it anyway. Our design team will rebuild it as a vector file as part of the proofing process.
Do you offer Pantone color matching?
Yes. Send us your Pantone color codes, and we will match them exactly on the pin. Please note we only match solid-coated Pantone colors.
Do you offer backer cards and custom packaging?
Yes. Backer cards are a simple, affordable way to make your pins look more finished for retail, events, or giveaways.
How does reorder consistency work?
We keep your dies, colors, and packaging notes on file, so reorders match the original batch. If an order is over 2.5 years old, the die may need to be remade.
