FlexFit History

FlexFit hats were introduced in 1994 by YUPOONG. Established in 1974, YUPOONG started out as a company focusing on textile exports. In 1977 they innovated the manufacturing process of the roll-up hat, moving them in the direction of headwear.

In 1982, they expanded into the promotional market, partnering with leading headwear brands. Then in 1994, YUPOONG submitted a patent for the original stretch-fit cap: Flexfit®.

Starting with a vision of revolutionizing the headwear industry, YUPOONG and FlexFit continue to design quality headwear with mindful design and refined craftsmanship — an ever-expanding collection that continues to turn heads all over the world.
